"He ( my doctor) started me on Tagament, Maalox, a change of diet and advised me to sleep on a tapered pillow or raise the head of my bed 6 inches. This approach helped to tame the heartburn, however it still was very troublesome and difficult to live with. I gave up jogging which helped some but I have finally found a product that has practically eliminated the problem. I no longer sleep on a tapered pillow, eat just about anything I want (I do try to avoid the hot spicy foods), and if I start to have a problem just take two capsules and in 30-40 minutes--no more heartburn.
