taking the Flex Formula for several weeks much of the pain of stiffness
diminished. I had no knee pain which had bothered me often. My fingers except
for my thumb every now & then, would not hurt. This improvement continued
for sometime. I discontinued one medicine, Trazadone, which I took because
my legs hurt so bad at night. The leg pain was caused by fibromyalgia.
I recently ran out of the Flex Formula and the stiffness and pain returned. I bought a Rexall product containing Glucosamine and it has helped a little bit. However, by midday I have pain in my feet and legs and can hardly walk. I have had to increase the amount of IB Profen that I take to get through the day. I also increased the amount of Prednisone that I take. The pain is still present however. I have to say that much pain and stiffness disappeared after I started taking the Flex Formula.
