This letter refers to a field test of "Anima-Flora" containing bacillus laterosporus BOD, although this product is not commercially available, similar results should be obtained from Flora Balance

Several months ago I did some experiments on some chickens using your Liquid product(containing bacillus laterosporus BOD) "Anima-Flora"...The results were very positive and dramatic. Thank you very much for letting me try your product.

One aged tn year old hen was rapidly failing and losing many of her feathers. I put her in a separated pen and continued to let her free feed as usual on her normal food. I also put "Anima-Flora" in her frinking water container and kept it full.

Within a week she was up and energetically running around the pen and her appetite had increased. At seven days I also noticed a very surprinsing thing, her bowel movements were changing from the typical chicken's watery, smell, greenish-yellow waste to a more formed, greyish-white stool with reduced smell.

At fourteen days on theis program, her feathers were coming in again in the bare spots. Even more remarkable was the continued change in her stool which at this time was now a whitish-grey color and formed somewhat like a dry pellet which did not have a bad smell....there was no smell.

....

....

All the chickens that were given Liquid "Anima-Flora" in their drinking water had the same positive changes in their stools as the examples above. They also appeared to thrive and be healthier than those not recieving the Liquid "Anima-Flora". These results remained as long as I continued to give them the Liquid "Anima Flora".

Being a hospital medical laboratory supervisor who is trained in microbiology, I am aware that a water, bad smelling stool is the result of harmful microorganisms which produce disease and infrection in the intestional tract. In a hot and humid climate like Georgia this is a difficult problem to deal with in the chicken business....and the smells get really bad.

It appears to me that the Liquid "Anima-Flora" kills harmful, disease prducing microorganisms in chickens gastro-intestinal tracts and results in healthier animals compared to those chickens not on Liquid "Anima-Flora".

I am very impressed with the results that I obtained with Liquid "Anima-Flora" and look forward to having it available on a large scale as I think it could have a dramatic effect on improving the chicken industry's operations.
